Order Process

  • Pick the template you want us to customize for you.
  • Place order - type or tell an associate your template number.
  • Send us any text and images you want us to use in the presentation.
  • You can send up to 20 images to be included in your presentation.
  • We will customize and publish your template and create a label design.
  • Once we have your approval, we will duplicate and label 100 CD Business Cards with your presentation and ship them to you.
Turn-Around Time

Two-weeks plus shipping.

We can provide a hard copy proof for the label artwork before duplication/replication begins, however this will add three days to the turn time.

 

Return Policy-

If you have purchased a service only and cancel the order before work has begun, we will refund your money minus a service charge of $35. BCD, CD, and DVD replication orders cannot be returned once they have been filled unless defective (see below).

Defective products-

If you receive damaged product or if there is a problem with the order, please contact our office within 30 days of shipping date for information on returning product for replacement, Contact Us. After 30 days from shipping date, no returns are accepted.
