1. How do I measure my cabinets for these
Rollouts?
- There is a document, How to Measure and Order,
(Note:

review/printing that clearly shows you how to measure. If you have
further questions, you can call or email and we will help you
successfully measure for your Rollouts.
- However, simply stated, all you need to provide is
the width of the cabinet opening, from the left side to the right side.
- Next, check to see that there is nothing in the
cabinet that will obstruct the Rollout, such as a pipe or wiring in the
back of the cabinet and measure the depth from the front to the back of
the cabinet or to the obstruction.
- Then, select which of the [3] available depths will
best fit in that unobstructed depth: 21" for most kitchen cabinets, 18"
for most bathroom vanity cabinets or 16" for occasional smaller
cabinets.
2. What is the range of widths available in these
Rollouts?
- Our Rollouts are made in widths of 9 3/4", 10 3/4",
11 3/4", 12 3/4", 13 3/4" etc... up to 29 3/4".
- So, the widths of your cabinet openings should be at
least 10", 11", 12", 13", 14", etc...up to 30" wide....giving you a
minimum side clearance of 1/4".

3. How hard is it to install these Rollouts?
- Our Rollouts are easily installed by anyone who can
use a cordless screwdriver. Typically, homeowners install their first
Rollout in less than 10 minutes and are installing their last Rollout
in way less than 5 minutes, having quickly learned this simple process.
- Watch
the Installation video to see how easy it is.
- And, if you still do not want to install your
Rollouts, call your local Shelf Improvement Dealer.
- Also, most local handyman will install them for a
very reasonable charge, often around $10 each.
4. What is the warranty on my Rollouts?
- First of all, after having sold hundreds and hundreds
of these Rollouts, I want you to know that I have not yet received a
single warrantee claim.
- However, if a Homeowner experiences any failure of
workmanship or materials, not caused by misuse or abuse, within [1]
year of your purchase of the Rollout, the Rollout or its Installation
Platform will be replaced.
5. How much weight does this Rollout hold?
- Our Rollouts are made to support up to 100 lbs.
6. How long will it take to get my Rollouts?
- It takes 1-2 weeks after processing your order to
manufacture and ship your Rollouts to you. To that timeframe, you will
need to add the time it takes to reach you in shipping.
